WORK WITH ME
Start with what you are noticing.
You probably already know that something is happening. The harder part is knowing what belongs to you, what does not, and what to do with what you feel. We begin there.
This work may be for you if…
You take in a lot.
You notice shifts in a room before anyone says anything, and you sometimes leave carrying feelings that did not begin with you.
You understand your patterns, but your body still reacts.
You have done the reflecting and learned the language, but something still feels unresolved.
You want spiritual work that stays grounded.

SPIRITUAL MENTORING
You do not need someone else to define your experience for you.
Sometimes the problem is not that you are too sensitive. It is that nobody ever taught you what to do with everything you notice.
You may read a room before anyone speaks. You may carry a feeling for hours before realizing it did not begin with you. You might understand your patterns clearly and still feel them living in your body.
We slow the experience down. Body Deva work, spiritual mentoring, and animist and shamanic practices give us ways to listen without forcing everything into one explanation. The work stays connected to your real life: your boundaries, your energy, your relationships, and your ability to come back to yourself.
SOMATIC SPIRITUAL HEALING: BODY DEVA
Your body is already speaking.
The question is whether you have been taught how to hear it without treating every sensation like another problem to solve.
Body Deva work is a body-centered spiritual practice. We pay attention to physical sensations, images, emotions, memories, and the responses that appear when we slow down enough to listen.
This can be especially useful when you already understand something intellectually, but your body keeps repeating the same response. We are not forcing the body to let go. We are finding out what it has been holding and why.
WE MAY WORK WITH:.
Recurring patterns, body-held responses, disconnection, and experiences that have resisted insight alone.
THE DIRECTION:
A different relationship with your body—one built on listening instead of control.
You want spiritual work that stays grounded.
You do not need someone to tell you what to believe. You want room to explore what you experience without losing discernment.
“I had tried almost anything to feel better. What changed things was learning how to listen differently.”
ABOUT NICOLE
I know what it is like to look everywhere for an answer.
My path has moved through somatic work, therapy, medication, yoga, spiritual practice, non-ordinary states, and the places where those worlds do not always understand each other.
I do this work because I know what it is like to need someone who could take what I was experiencing seriously while also helping me stay grounded.
My background includes Body Deva practice, trauma-informed spiritual care, psychedelic harm reduction and integration, and years of direct work with people moving through complex experiences.
Scope of practice: This is spiritual mentoring and education. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care.
“She empowered me with tools and strategies to move through some very challenging times.”
