Disclaimer & Scope of Practice
1. Scope and Nature of Services
I provide services rooted in a spiritual and coaching framework, including somatic support, trauma‑informed spiritual guidance, nervous system education, and integration coaching. These services are intended to support personal healing, trauma healing & recovery, spiritual awakening, and complex life transitions through body‑based practices, yoga principles, and intuitive modalities.
2. Non-Licensed Status
I am not a licensed mental health counselor, psychotherapist, or medical provider. I do not diagnose, treat, or offer therapy for mental health conditions. My services are not intended to replace clinical care or medical treatment.
3. Washington State Exemptions: Religious and Coaching Frameworks
My services are lawfully delivered under exemptions recognized in Washington State law:
Religious/Spiritual Framework: I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. Under RCW 18.19.040(4), individuals providing counseling “under the auspices of a religious denomination, church, or religious organization” are exempt from counselor licensure requirements. My spiritual guidance services fall within this exemption, as they are explicitly framed as religious/spiritual in nature and not as psychotherapy or clinical treatment.
Coaching Framework:Washington law allows individuals to provide coaching services without counselor licensure when these services are based on non-clinical guidance. This is recognized in RCW 18.19.040(8). My coaching work is explicitly non-clinical, educational, and supportive in nature, and falls within these exemptions.
Accordingly, my spiritual and coaching offerings are non-clinical, not regulated as psychotherapy or medical treatment, and legally permitted under Washington State’s statutory exemptions.
4. Medical Assistant Role
*As of 9/1, I am no longer affiliated with Wellness for Life.
In my capacity as a Certified Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist and Registered Medical Assistant in Washington State, solely at Wellness for Life, I performed duties strictly within my licensed scope. Such duties include taking vital signs, maintaining patient safety, and documenting care—always under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. I also held dual roles with separate and distinct pay structures. When acting in my clinical capacity, I did not provide somatic healing, spiritual guidance, or coaching. These services, where offered, are outside of my clinical role and are not part of my work as a licensed medical assistant.
All ketamine sessions were prescribed and overseen by a licensed medical provider. I never administered ketamine, made clinical decisions, or prescribed medical care.
5. Separation of Roles
Clinical Role: Medical‑assistant tasks were performed under medical supervision at Wellness for Life.
Coaching/Healing Role:Separate, spiritual and coaching-based services provided under Washington State’s exemptions for religious/spiritual counseling coaching services.
There is a clear and legal boundary between these two roles, maintained at all times.
*As of 9/1, I am no longer affiliated with Wellness for Life.
6. Client Work
When offering services independently (including clients within the U.S. and internationally), I operate under a spiritual and coaching framework governed by Washington State’s exemption for peer counseling. I operate under spiritual and coaching frameworks legally recognized as exemptions under RCW 18.19.040 and RCW 18.420. These private offerings focus on somatic education, spiritual exploration, nervous system support, and energy work, and explicitly do not substitute for licensed mental health or medical treatment.
This work reflects a spiritual and somatic coaching process, offered under the framework of personal growth, self-inquiry, and embodied awareness. They are not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, nor as a substitute for professional healthcare or counseling. My clients remains the sovereign authority of their healing journey, and all practices suggested are invitations to explore what resonates within their own wisdom.
