Every person is different, and I fully believe in meeting you exactly where you are. Some sessions might focus on inner child work, past lives, or archetypes. Other times, the most powerful work happens when we simply see what comes up in the moment. Not every session has to center on “healing” in the traditional sense: sometimes you may come in with spiritual questions, a need for guidance, or a desire to better understand yourself and your sensitivities.

Whether you’re looking for mentoring, deep shadow work, or space to process your experiences, I use intuitive collaboration to shape the process with you. That means your needs lead the way. Each session is unique and fluid, shifting based on what you’re carrying and what feels most important to explore. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach: it’s a dynamic process created together, moment by moment.

Every client’s journey is different, but what it often looks like is uncovering what’s beneath the surface and learning how to work with it in a grounded, sustainable way. For example, one client realized she had been aware of her blind spots for years, but didn’t know how to truly move through them. In our work together, she began to understand her sensitivities and psychic gifts in a new way: seeing them not as overwhelming or confusing, but as tools she could consciously use.

That’s really what this work is about. You’re already doing so much self-awareness on your own, which means our sessions are the place to go deeper. Together, we’ll explore old patterns and help you release what no longer serves you. We’ll strengthen your ability to stay connected to yourself, to your body, and to your inner wisdom, even when life gets messy. Sometimes that means working with the inner child, other times past-life patterns, archetypes, or just following what arises in the moment.

Over time, you’ll notice real, practical shifts: not just in how you think, but in how you live. You may feel more at peace in your body, clearer about your direction, more confident in your sensitivities, and more aligned with your purpose. The goal is healing at a core level, where you walk away not just with insight, but with integration that carries into your everyday life.

For transparency, my rates are:

$150 per session (60 minutes)

$300+ for house/land work

I understand that finances are an important and real part of the healing journey. While I did offer sliding scale options earlier in my career, I no longer provide discounted rates.

My fees reflect over 15 years of experience across spiritual guidance, mental health, and yoga, along with extensive training and my own ongoing healing work. Maintaining clear and consistent pricing allows me to show up fully present, resourced, and committed to each client I work with.

I view this work as a mutual exchange: your investment supports the depth, safety, and integrity of the process we are entering together. Clear financial agreements also help ensure that both of us are fully invested in the work, which ultimately supports more meaningful and effective outcomes.
