ABOUT NICOLE

I came to this work because I needed it too.

I know what it is like to have an experience that does not fit ordinary language—and to need someone who could take it seriously while also helping me stay grounded.

WHY THIS WORK

I kept finding places where part of the experience had to be left outside.

Some spaces could talk about trauma but not spirituality. Others could talk about energy but ignored the body, mental health, or the realities of everyday life.

My own path has moved through therapy, medication, yoga, spiritual practice, non-ordinary states, and experiences I did not always have language for. I spent years trying to understand which parts were psychological, which were spiritual, and whether they could be separated at all.

What I needed was someone who could take what I was experiencing seriously while also helping me stay grounded. That need shaped the way I work now.

HOW I WORK

I will not tell you what your experience means.

1.

We begin with what happened.

You do not need to make the story sound reasonable before bringing it into the room.

2.

We can make room for spiritual experience without treating every feeling as a message or every symptom as a spiritual problem. The work asks for curiosity, discernment, and a willingness to stay connected to your actual life.

Your body stays a part of the experience.

We notice sensations, images, emotions, and responses without forcing them toward a particular answer.

3.

Your discernment matters.

The goal is not for you to rely on my interpretation. It is for you to hear yourself more clearly.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

What informs my work

AFTER THE SESSION

It has to help once the session is over.

A session can feel powerful and still leave you unsure what to do next. I care about whether you can hear yourself more clearly and respond differently when something feels wrong.

The ordinary parts of life matter to me. They are also where spiritual work eventually has to land.

Spiritual work should help you return to your life—not pull you farther away from it.

That includes your relationships, choices, responsibilities, body, and boundaries.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

The limits are part of the work.

This practice offers non-clinical spiritual care, mentoring, and education.

It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care.

I will not ask you to stop medication, ignore medical advice, or replace licensed mental health support with spiritual work. If something is outside my scope, I will say so.
