Somatic spiritual trauma healing is a multidisciplinary approach that supports individuals who have experienced complex trauma in reconnecting with their bodies to release stored trauma and emotional tension. It is not talk therapy—it is a practical, embodied modality you can take home and use to address challenges on your own, helping you build trust in yourself. Clients are actively involved in the process through guided exercises focused on self-inquiry and mindfulness, increasing awareness of physical sensations and their connection to past experiences. This process ultimately supports emotional healing while helping clients feel more grounded, resilient, and present in their daily lives.

Nicole Anzaldua

As a somatic trauma practitioner, I work at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit—

helping people find clarity in the messiness of being human.

I help sensitive, intuitive, and self-aware people who are tired of one-size-fits-all solutions finally feel seen—not just managed. I offer a space where grief, confusion, and even conflict can be metabolized into clarity and self-trust. I teach people to be with themselves differently, more honestly, more kindly, and with more choice.

In my practice, we slow down enough to listen—to the body, to the grief under anxiety, to the patterns that keep repeating. I help people navigate the stuck places, not by pushing through, but by understanding how they got there and what their nervous system has been protecting.

Whether we’re working with the loss, stress, a major transition, or long-held relational dynamics, we use somatic awareness and insight to build a deeper relationship with yourself. From there, real change becomes possible—not because you’re forcing it, but because you’re no longer alone in it.

And for those interested, I’m a triple water sign (scorpio—pisces-pisces), Human Design Projector, INFJ, and if you ever needed someone on your team for Harry Potter triva, I’m your girl.
